Trust Score Methodology
Our Trust Score system is designed to give users a clear, quantifiable measure of a platform’s overall reliability and performance. Here's how we build our reviews and scores:
- Direct Data Extraction
We begin by scraping data directly from the official websites of brokers, exchanges, or wallet providers. This ensures we collect the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding features, fees, regulations, supported assets, and more. - User Sentiment Analysis
We then gather and analyze recent user reviews from multiple platforms. By applying sentiment analysis techniques, we assess the real-world experience of traders and identify recurring issues or noteworthy strengths. This provides deeper insight into customer satisfaction and platform performance. - Comprehensive Scoring & Review Composition
After gathering factual data and analyzing user sentiment, we assign a Trust Score that reflects a platform’s overall reliability and performance. This score is derived from a weighted evaluation of key factors, including regulatory status and safety, fees and transparency, platform features and reliability, customer experience based on sentiment analysis, and more. Each category is scored independently, and the results are merged into a single 0–10 score, giving readers a clear and quantifiable measure of credibility. The Trust Score is displayed alongside every review.
Our methodology allows us to maintain transparency while providing readers with a holistic view of every platform we cover. Trust Scores are updated periodically to reflect ongoing developments, regulatory changes, or major platform upgrades.
