Digital Marketing Manager

Remote, EU timezone

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Development and implementation of performance marketing strategies and tactics to drive acquisition, conversion & brand impact
  • Optimization of the entire conversion funnel
  • Experiments with targeting, messaging, ad creative, landing pages, bidding strategies
  • Planning and executing retention marketing, resurrection, and retargeting campaigns
  • Data-driven decisions when testing hypotheses and instruments
  • Campaign performance evaluation and goals

Requirements:

  • Experience marketing fintech or crypto products
  • Deep exposure to at least one performance marketing channel but are knowledgeable enough in other channels to hit the ground running
  • Experience in testing and scaling new paid marketing channels from scratch
  • Ability to both work independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams
  • Fluent English (B2+)

Nice to have:

  • Interest in Fintech/Trading/Investments
  • Good understanding of product building and development
  • Experience working in a startup environment where you have had to wear many hats at a time
